We have a mid-century architect-designed house and worked with Fabian on a total redo of the landscape. This was a complicated job that included moving big trees, digging new beds, and “translating” conceptual plans drawn by an architect into the reality of the landscape. From the first time we met with Fabian until the last moment that he and his diligent and polite crew left the house, we knew we were in the hands of a consummate professional. He came early to appointments; he offered careful, thoughtful, and interesting suggestions to help bring the plans to life; he had a great knowledge of the plants and trees we were dealing with; and he and his crew left our landscape incredibly beautiful by the end. Fabian is smart, diligent, and has a great esthetic eye to boot. His fee is also very reasonable. I have rarely felt so enthusiastic about recommending someone!

Fabian has been a godsend for us, completing so many projects including masonry, driveway and landscaping. I honestly don’t believe all this work could have been completed if we had not made his acquaintance. Fabian and his brother Salvador is are excellent masons, able to match the style of existing stone walls on the property. I have seen some of his other masonry work and am impressed with his ability to stay within the style appropriate for the period of the architecture and location. Our landscape architect repeatedly tells us that we really lucked out finding Fabian. We are able to complete so many more projects around the property than we anticipated because of the efficiency and speed with which he and his crew work. I can’t recommend him enough!

We purchased an old colonial farmhouse in Lyme and had no idea how to tackle the rehabilitation of the six acre lot that had been neglected for many years. We found the answer in Fabian Landscape. Steadily and surely Fabian has uncovered the natural and historic beauty of the property. He helped us develop a plan, which included: clearing overgrowth and debris; correcting drainage and run-off issues; repairing, rebuilding and in some cases relocating centuries-old stone walls; restoring meadowlands; and installing masonry and tile around our pool. The patio and sidewalks Fabian and his crew installed are the first thing visitors to our house notice. “This is fabulous,” said a friend this past weekend. Others just say “wow.” The 1500-square foot patio winds around a pool, a deck, a couple of big oak trees, and some garden beds over a distance of maybe 150 feet. Everything is perfectly level, thanks to the careful, painstaking work these guys put in. There was a lot of extra effort just to even the soil level. It was a real pleasure having someone as dependable as Fabian completely re-roof my garage and mud room entry. He was at my home the following day after calling for an estimate. Once the new shingles were picked out, his team showed up the very next day and began the job of ripping off the entire roof and putting down a brand new one from plywood, weather shield and felt before installing the new shingles. What a great job his team did. Certainly some very hard workers who I would not hesitate to hire again when I have additional contracting work done. I would definitely recommend them.
